Support Scope
What is covered?
Support rates and upper limits are redetermined each year by the published communiqué. The headings below summarize the general framework valid for the 2026 term.
Booth and space rental
Booth space rental and setup costs for participants at domestic sector-qualified trade fairs are supported within the upper limits set by the Ministry.
Freight costs
Freight costs for transporting exhibited products to the fair venue are covered by the support, provided they are documented.
Promotional activities
Promotional and advertising activities carried out during the fair are supported within the framework of the relevant communiqué provisions.
Important: Applications must be submitted before the fair begins, through the DYS (Support Management System). First-time applications submitted after the fair will not be evaluated.

How to benefit from the support?
The process starts with signing the participation agreement and is completed by submitting post-fair expense documents.

Participation agreement
The booth participation agreement is signed and a payment plan is created. These documents form the basis of the support application.

DYS registration
The company's Support Management System record is opened or updated. Authorization procedures are completed at this stage.

Preliminary application
The pre-fair application form and its attachments are uploaded via DYS. Missing documents cause delays in the process.

Actual participation
Participation in the fair takes place; the participation certificate and booth photos are obtained from the organizer.

Finalizing the support application
The application is completed with expense documents, invoices, and payment receipts. Deadlines must be observed.
