ŞTİ. against any damages resulting from false information. 5.2. The User must not share the membership password provided by DOMİNO GRUP TURİZM ORG. LTD. ŞTİ. with any other person or entity; the right to use the password belongs solely to the User. The Company reserves all rights to claims arising from unauthorized use of the password. 5.3. By accepting this membership agreement, the User agrees that their personal data may be shared with affiliated companies of DOMİNO GRUP TURİZM ORG. LTD. ŞTİ. for data entry, database management, promotion, product and service notifications, delivery, payment extension services, membership verification, logistics, etc. 5.4. The User agrees to comply with applicable laws while using the Site and not to violate any legislation. All legal and criminal liabilities arising from violations shall be the sole responsibility of the User. 5.5. The User shall not use the Site for purposes that disrupt public order, are immoral, harassing, illegal, or infringe on intellectual property rights. Registration and Security Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so constitutes breach and may result in account closure without notice. Users are responsible for their account and password security; the Company is not liable for data loss or damage due to security breaches or hardware damage. 7. Force Majeure Neither party is responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, wars, strikes, infrastructure or internet outages, power cuts, or pandemics. Obligations are suspended during such events. 8. Entire Agreement and Validity If any provision of this agreement is partially or completely invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. 9. Changes to the Agreement The Company may change services and terms at any time; changes are effective upon publication on the Site. It is the User's responsibility to follow changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance. 10. Notifications All notifications related to this agreement shall be sent via the Company's known email and the User's registered email address. The User accepts their registered email as valid for notifications and must notify any changes within 5 days; otherwise, notifications sent to the registered address are valid. 11. Evidence Agreement In any disputes, computer records, books, registers, and fax records held by the Company are accepted as evidence under the applicable Civil Procedure Law. 12. Dispute Resolution The courts and enforcement offices of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
